RMS Board of Directors
A 15-member Board of Directors oversees RMS’ operations. Directors are appointed to three-year staggered terms. Among the Directors, a president, corresponding secretary and recording secretary are elected to serve for two years (renewable for two additional years). One of the Directors is elected to serve as treasurer without a term limit. Day-to-day operations are conducted by an executive director who serves as an ex-officio member of the Board.
